To activate your ECB, contact Infatrac by calling our
toll free number
877-262-6593
. You may be asked
for your ECB’s MEID and Serial Number (S/N). You
can find these numbers on label located on the
bottom of your ECB.

To register your ECB, please visit
infatrac.com/registration-portal.html
and fill out the
accompanying questionnaire.
3.
To verify that your device has been activated, the
Internet Status
LED (see table on HARDWARE
STATUS LEDs) should be lit. If it is not lit, please
contact customer support.
