   at  the  front  of  your  seat  is  the  red  leVer.  pull  the  red  leVer  upwards  and  slide  seat 

section towards the rear of the base, so that the “mode” arrow on the seat is within the 
“shaded triangle area” (see fig. 9). This allows for a full sit-up position or recline positions 
depending on your child’s comfort.

sTep 3

   place the restraint with the back of child restraint against back of vehicle seat, directly in line 

with anchorage point (see figure 10).

FORWARD FACING MODE

sTep 1

   move  the  upper  anchorage  strap  (b)  from  the  front  position  used  for  the  rearward  facing 

mode to the rear of the seat. (see figure 8).

 

normally  it  will  be  necessary  to  shorten  the  length  of  the  upper  anchorage  strap  when 
changing from rearward to forward facing mode.
