Use the following information as a quick guide to the functions of the Indigo One unit: 
 

Alert

 

Mode

 

 

Depress MNU and SND simultaneously to put the Indigo One into “Alert Mode”. 

 

Depress  MNU  and  SND  simultaneously,  to  take  the  Indigo  One  out  of  “Alert 

Mode”. 

 

Send

Message

 

 

Press the MSG button 

 

Use the selector to navigate to your selected message (use “TEXT MESSAGE” to 

enter custom text only) 

 

Add your custom text by rotating the selector through the cycle of characters to 

the required one, then clicking in to move to the next space and repeating the 
process. 

 

Press the SND button to send the message 

 

The message will move from the “OUT” menu to “SENT” once the message has 

been transmitted

To  make  a  correction  to  text  you  have  already  entered,  click  the  Selector  and 

hold  it  in,  until  the  character  is  deleted,  and  proceed  with  the  Selector  to 
continue with your custom message.

When a new message arrives, Use the selector to navigate to “Message Status”. 

Click the selector in to navigate to the “IN<1>”  
Press the SND button to read the message

Use the selector to navigate to “Message Status”. Click the selector in. 

 

Navigate to “IN” by clicking the selector in. 

 

Press the SND button 

 

Navigate  by  scrolling the Selector to  the left or right to  view  the message/s in 

the Inbox.

Press the MNU button 

 

Navigate to the “Configuration” menu. Click the selector in, this will allow you to 

navigate  between  the  “INTERNAL”  and  “EXTERNAL”  Backlight  by  rotating  the 
selector. 

 

If you are on the “INTERNAL”, click in the selector TWO times, in order to adjust 

the lighting level by rotating the selector.
