6. AIR FLOW:
During the cooking:
-
The tangential fan cools the electronics of the oven
-
The tangential fan conveys air to the back of the oven

Then the air is conveyed to the electronic board in order to cool it

At the end of the cooking:

The presence of steam in the cavity is important

Three minutes before the end of the cooking the valve opens

The air flow produced by the tangential fan is sent toward the wall

above the valve.

The steam is driven out of the cavity through the louver placed in the front part of the oven between the
control panel and the knob
