HYDRAULIC HAND HOSE CRIMPING MACHINE
(1)
System pressure shall not exceed the rated pressure of the pump, the pressure is adjusted before
delivery, users do not have to adjust again.
(2)
Inject enough standard hydraulic oil (summer: #46; winter: #32) up to the 3/4 position of the oil tank
(approx 16); and the hydraulic oil shall be replaced each half year.
(3)
As fittings and ferrules are produced by different producers, when crimping, moulds shall be
selected according to the specific situation
,
and adjust the micrometer.
(4)
Please contact us for any fault occurred during warranty time without hesitation; users' assembly &
disassembly and the damage for misusage are beyond the scope of warranty.
(5)
Special Note:
Please choose proper mould for crimping, to guarantee the hose after crimping with good
appearance.
