OPERATING YOUR OVEN

Setting the time

The default setting of your oven’s clock is 12:00. 

Once the oven is connected with electricity, the LED display and “Oven On” (Indicator A) will be displayed. 
►  

The clock can now be set by pressing the “Confirm” button. 

►  

The “Hour” display will start flashing and pressing the +/- buttons will adjust the hour. 

►  

Press the “Confirm” button again, and the “Minute” display will begin to flash. Use the +/- buttons to set the minutes, 
followed by the “Confirm” button again. 

►  

The clock is now set. 

Using the Cooking Duration function

To set the Cooking Duration function: 
►  

Press the “Confirm” button until the “Cooking Duration Light” (Indicator B) is displayed and the “hour” time is 
flashing. 

►  

Now set the cooking duration hours by using the +/- buttons, followed by the “Confirm” button again.

►  

The “Minute” display will begin to flash for adjustment. After the cooking period length is adjusted, press “Confirm” 
button again. 

►  

Select your required cooking function and cooking temperature using the control knobs.

►  

The “Cooking Duration Light ” (Indicator B) will now be displayed and the clock will be showing the set cooking 
duration, counting downwards. 

►  

When the set cooking duration is reached, the “Cooking Duration” indicator will start to flash and an alarm will sound 
10 times. 

►  

The “Oven On” indicator will also switch off. Press any button to exit this function and to stop the alarm

 Note: 

To stop the oven during the “Cooking Duration” operation, press the “Confirm” button at any time.

 

Cooking Duration Example:

 

 

 The time is 3:30pm now and you would like to start cooking using the convection function at 220°c for 2 hour and 15 
minutes. 

  ►  

Press the “Confirm” button until indicator B and “1” (the default cooking time is 1 hour) are flashing. 

  ►  

Use the +/- buttons to adjust the time to 2:00 hours and press the Confirm button.  The minutes will begin to 
flash and you can use the +/- buttons to adjust the minutes to 15 minutes, followed by the Confirm button. The 
cooking duration of 2 hours and 15 minutes will now be set.

  ►  

Now turn the function knob to the Convection mode and the Temperature knob to 250°c. The oven will start to 
work and the clock will display a countdown.

  ►  

When the cooking duration has completed, an alarm will sound ten times and Indicator B will be flashing. Press 
any button to turn the alarm off and to return to the default clock display.

Using the Delayed Cooking function

The Delayed Cooking function will only work after the Cooking Duration function is set in use. 
►  

After setting the Cooking Duration function, press the “Confirm” button again. 

►  

The “End Cooking” indicator (Indicator C) will be displayed and flashing together with the “Hour” display. 

►  

Set the required cooking finishing time as you did when setting the Cooking Duration. 

►  

When the finishing time is adjusted, press the “Confirm” button to set. 

►  

The “End Cooking” indicator (Indicator C) will now be permanently displayed and the time showing on the display is 
now back to the clock. 

►  

The system will automatically calculate the cooking starting time, and when it’s reached, the oven will start heating. 
Indicators A, B, C and D will all be displayed. 

►  

When the set cooking finishing time is reached, the “End Cooking” indicator (indicator C) will start flashing and the 
alarm will sound 10 times. The Oven On indicator (Indicator A) will switch off and you can exit this function and stop 
the alarm by pressing any button.
