Manual de Instalação e Operação

WARRANTY TERM

Dear customer,

When acquiring IMS's equipments you have a warranty for one year, from the invoice

emission date, against manufacturing defects.

This warranty comprehends the repair, including pieces and labor, of the equipment.
To use our technical assistance, the equipment should be sent to our factory located in

the following address:

IMS- Soluções em Energia Ltda.

The equipment should be sent to IMS accompanied of invoice and of the REPORT TO

THE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE. To avoid transport damages we suggest that the
equipment be carefully packed, we advise the use of the package supplied by IMS.

Our warranty does not cover equipment transport expenses.
In case you deem necessary a field assistance, the expenses coming from this

assistance will be debited to the user.

IMS is not responsible for problems verified in customers facilities. Being thus it will not

be covered values regarding fines and punishments independent of source of the same.

The warranty looses it’s effect when:

By the normal course of the validity period.
The equipments are violated or suffered alterations without authorization in writing by

IMS.

The equipment was not installed following the instructions of this manual.
Defects provoked by bad use or inadequate installation of the equipments.
Damages caused by external agents, such as: floods, earthquakes, electric storms,

problems of feeding electric net, excessive vibration, high temperatures and any other that
are outside the conditions of storage, transport and use of this equipment.

The warranty is not valid for damages caused to machines, processes and personal for

bad operation of this equipment.

The IMS is not responsible for any other warranty terms than the expressed here.
