To set the region for a gateway
by using a web interface
1. Connect to the gateway by using a web browser using the following format:
http://<gateway name or IP address>.
Examples:
2. Log in to the gateway using the administrator credentials. The default credentials are as
follows:
user name: root
password: impinj
Note: ‘impinj’ is the default password. It is recommended you create your own after
logging on for the first time.
3. Select one of the available regions from the dropdown list.
Note: If you do not see your country or region listed, contact Impinj to find out about
current regulatory approval status.
4. On the Change Regulatory Region dialog, click Reboot. When you change the operating
region, the change does not take effect until the next reboot. If you attempt RFID operations on
the gateway after you change the region but before you reboot the gateway, you will get
unexpected behavior.
