ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
Tools Required Assembling the Machine: Two Adjustable Wrenches and Allen Wrenches
NOTE: It is strongly recommended two or more people to avoid possible injury assemble
this machine.
STEP 1 (See Explode Diagram)
A.) Place each end of the Main Frame (#1) onto a Floor Stabilizer (#2). Secure each end with two
M10 x 5/8” Allen Bolts (#8) and Ø ¾” Washers (#13) from bottom of Stabilizers.
B.) Attach one Dumbbell Frame (#3) to each side of the Main Frame (#1). Align the holes. Secure
them with two M10 x 5 ¼” Allen Bolts (#9), four Ø ¾” Washers (#13), and two M10 Aircraft
Nuts (#12).
C.) Attach three L-shaped Brackets (#4) to each side of Main Frame (#1). Secure the Brackets
with three M10 x 4” Allen Bolts (#10), six Ø ¾” Washers (#13), and two M10 Aircraft Nuts
(#12).
D.) Place the Seat (#5) onto Main Frame. Secure it six M8 x ¾” Allen Bolts (#11) and Ø 5/8”
Washers (#14).
