A.) Attach the ball end of the Cable (#18) to a Pulley (#26). Place the Pulley in the open slot
on top of the Lat Bar Frame (#15). Secure the Pulley with one M10 x 2 3/8” Allen Bolt
(#55), two Pulley Bushings (#29), and one M10 Aircraft Nut (#49).
B.) Draw the Cable over the Pulley to the open bracket on the Lat Bar Frame. Attach a Pulley
to the bracket. Secure it with one M10 x 2” Allen Bolt (#56), one L-shaped Pulley Cover
(#27), two

¾” Washers (#48), and one M10 Aircraft Nut (#49).
C.) Draw the Cable over the Pulley then downward to the Weight Holder (#16). Secure the tip
of the Cable to the Weight Holder with one M10 x 1” Allen Bolt (#53), two

(#48), and one M10 Aircraft Nut (#49).
D.) Connect the Lat Bar (#17) by using a C-clip (#57) to the Chain (#28). Adjust the length of
Chain to obtain the desired height of the Lat Bar exercise. Then connect the Chain to the
Cable (#18) with a C-clip (#57).
