Step 11 (See Diagram 11) 

 

A.) Slide the Speed Bag Hanging Frame (#101) onto the Hanging Frame (#100) from bottom. Use 

the M18 Lock Knob (#54) to lock the Speed Bag Hanging Frame at desired height. 

B.) Attach the Hanging Frame to Front Vertical Frame (#3) and Upper Frame (#4). Secure them 

together with two M10 x 4 ¾” Allen Bolts (#81), two Hanging Frame Brackets (#103), four Ø ¾” 
Washers (#84), and two M10 Aircraft Nuts (#83).
