5.5. Bluetooth Transmit operating mode TX
In the Bluetooth Transmit operating mode (TX) you can transmit music from a mobile device (e.g. MP3 player
/ smartphone] DAB+ radio station or FM radio stations via Bluetooth to Bluetooth enabled devices¬ such as
Bluetooth speakers or Bluetooth headphones. The DABMAN 410 functions as a Bluetooth transmitter.
> To transfer music files from a mobile device such as tablet / smartphone or MP3 player via Bluetooth,
please use the LINE IN jack on the DABMAN 410 (fig. 11, section 4) and connect it to the mobile device
using the audio cable supplied.
> If you wish to transmit DAB+ stations or FM stations to a Bluetooth enabled receiver, you do not need a
cable connected to the LINE IN jack socket.
> Turn the Bluetooth enabled device on. Once the device is turned on and recognised by the DABMAN, a
connection is made.
> If the connection cannot be made automatically, press the Menu button to display the DABMAN menu.
> Select BT Device List from the menu.
> The list now displays all Bluetooth receivers within range of the DABMAN.
> Select the device to be connected to this device.
