Object Counter Statistics Module
This module collects counter data and presents it graphically. There is no setting required for this module
but you need to bind it.
The Object Counter Statistics Module uses a separate database to collect counter data in
real-time. If you don’t bind this module, the counter data will not be collected. In this case
you can only search counter results on the normal playback system but you cannot see
graphs for the period that this module is un-bound.

After you bind the module you should be able to see the graph presenter on the main console. In the UI
you can select:
1) Channels of interest: Select the channels to include in the data
2) 4 groups of tag conditions: each group is presented in a graph with a unique color. So totally you can
compare 4 data sets. The tag condition can be in 3 modes: “Simple”, “Exact”, and “Wildcards”. For inform-
ation about the 3 search modes, please refer to the Playback chapter.
3) Date: Select the date for which to run the statistics graph.
4) Time unit: time unit can be “Hour”, “Day”, and “Month”. If you select “Hour”, the graph will use the first
hour of the selected date as the starting point. If you select “Day” or “Month”, the graph will use the selec-
ted date as the starting point.
5) Number of time unit: Select 12, 24, 30, 60, or 90.
6) Graph kind: the graph can be “Curve” or “Bar” type.
