CLEANING
AND CARE
In case your appliance is not working correctly, di scon nect it from the mains and
call the After Sales Service.
In case oven light is not working properly, di scon nect the appliance from the
mains, remove the protection glass of the lamp and replace it. Take care that
lamp must be suitable for working at high temperatures and has the proper te-
chnical features.
Should turning the gas thermostat become dif fi cult, you will need technical assi-
stance to either replace it or lubricate it.
We advise always cleaning the pan support grills after cooking. Wait until they
have cooled down and then clean them with a NON ACID detergent. Acid sub-
stances such as lemon juice or other acid detergents may cause irremediable
damage to the enamel on the grills. Dry the grills carefully with a cloth immedia-
tely after washing them. Washing in the dishwasher not recommended.
No regular maintenance is required except cleaning.
