INSTALLING A WATER HEATER
Connect the water coil to the heating system in the home; in parallel
with the radiators for example. Generally, thanks to the unit’s high effi-
ciency, no more heat output is needed than connecting the water coil to
the same branch as the underfloor heating for example.
The inlet is connected to the pipe using a thermostat valve, see the
adjacent figure.
Create an inspection opening if the connections are in a space above
a suspended ceiling. Install a bleed valve at the highest point of the
return line.
When the circuit has been topped up and bled, ensure that the water is
circulating in the coil before commissioning.
The system may need to be bled again after a few days. Ensure that
the air flows are calibrated before the water is connected. There must
be a continuous flow of water in the coil in winter due to the risk of
frost.
