MAC HOME HD modulator guide

Cascade installation
Several MAC HOME HD units can be cascaded in order to increase services capacity. To do this,
connect the RF output of the preceding unit to the TV input (loop-through) of the next unit (see
assembly example). The number of modules depends on the available channels and the output
level.
To enable an assembly with 2 or more units, it is necessary to identify each service with a
different SID and TSID value. The MAC HOME HD unit automatically adjusts these values when
programming the channel of each modulator.
Two input modes:
1 SD/HD channel (HDMI) + 1 USB channel (through inserted flash-memory)
1 SD channel (CVBS) + 1 USB channel (through inserted flash-memory)
