Er03 / No flames or
insufficient pellets

Check the electricity tension; check for more
apliances connected at the same time; in case
of out of power supply for a short period of time
(<10s) the stove keeps working normally; if the
system was in “On” mode and the period out of
power supply is between 10s and 50min, the
stove make an ignition after blackout.

The fuel regulation is
interrrupted and the
stove will work with the
standard factory values
and enter “stand by”
mode until the fumes

motherboard and the diferencial pressure
sensor; check the reading of the sensor; check
for blockage in the sensor air measure intakes.
Er41 / Minimum value
