Fig. 1:
Unpack
the
carton.
Fig. 2:
Take out all inner cartons.
Fig. 3:
Take out the chip box and be ready to assemble other parts on it.
Fig. 4:
Fix the two table legs on the chip box and secure with carriage bolts M8x16, M8 hex nuts
and 8mm washers.
Fig. 5:
Unpack the inner cartons, take out long and short braces and fix them on the table legs
with hex bolts M8x16, M8 hex nuts and 8mm washers.
Take out the table extension and connection braces and fix them on the short brace and
chip box with hex bolts M6x16, M6 hex nuts and 6mm washers.
Check and tighten all bolts and nuts.
Fig. 6:
Do not release the nuts A any further.
Fig. 7:
The saw blade must be standing in its highest position. Observe the specified dimensions.
Fig. 8:
Tighten the nuts A firmly.
Fig. 9:
Push in the plastic table insert (32). It may be necessary to lower the saw blade slightly
for this purpose.
Fig. 10:
Insert the holding mandrel in table insert.
Pull the part in the direction of the arrow.
Press the table insert down.
Ensure that it is locked in.
Fig. 11A and 11B:
Place the protective guard on the splitting wedge and mount with screws M6x25 and nuts
M6.
Fig. 12:
Fit two plastic protective plates on both sides of the protective guard and secure with
screws M6x14, nuts M6 and 6mm washers.
Fig. 13:
Tighten the screws, washers and nuts only by hand. Do not tighten firmly.
Fasten the screw and nut in the hole of the table board where they function as a limit stop.
Fig. 14:
Slide the angle scale holder (34) in the direction of the arrow.
Fig. 15:
Mount the angle scale (35) and carefully knock open the cap.
Fig. 16:
Secure the angle scale with a star grip and washer, but do not tighten firmly.
