Security-related warnings
Attention!
Be very careful when dealing with dangerous mains voltages. There is the risk
that you can suffer a very serious electric shock!
After taking the device from a warm to a cold room, it may not be put into operation. The
resulting condensation can possibly destroy the device. Do not turn on the device until it has
reached ambient temperature.
Avoid contact of the mains cable with other cables. Be very careful when dealing with mains
cables and mains connections. Never touch those with wet hands.
Make sure that the voltage to be connected does not exceed the specified values.
Make sure there is no stress or damage of the mains cable due to sharp edges. Make sure
that the device and the mains cable do not show any signs of damage by running regular
inspections.
Disconnect the device from the grid when not using it and before cleaning.
During the initial start-up of the device smoke or smells may occur. In this case there is no
malfunction of the device.
Do not turn the device on and off within short periods of time (e.g. matter of seconds).
Health risk!
Avoid looking directly into the source of light. It may cause epileptic seizures.
This applies in particular for people where epileptic seizure has been diagnosed
by a doctor.
