TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE

If you experience difficulties with the appliance, please check the suggestions below before contacting 
customer services on 01473 271272:

Possible Cause

The dehumidifier is not working 
or is inefficient

The power cord is not 
connected

Ensure the plug is connected 
correctly and the power is 
switched on

The water tank is full

Turn off the power, remove the 
water tank, drain the water from 
the tank and replace back into 
the unit.

The ambient temperature is 
below 0°C or above 40°C

The appliance is unable to work 
in these temperatures

The air filter is blocked

Turn off the power, remove the 
air filter and clean, then replace 
back into the unit.

The air inlet/outlet is blocked

Turn off the power and clean 
any blockages from the inlet/
outlet

The dehumidifier is noisy

The machine is placed on an 
uneven surface

Ensure the machine is placed on 
an even surface with a clearance 
of at least 20cm

The air filter is blocked

Turn off the power, remove the 
air filter and clean, then replace 
back into the unit.

MAINS PLUG FUSE REPLACEMENT

Fuse Replacement (Class II)

Remove the fuse cover with a small flat head screw driver. 
Take out the fuse and replace with a new fuse of the same 
Amp. Replace the fuse cover and push back into place.
