• “Flooding”: When starting the warm unit, it
is possible due to vigorous pumping that
the carburettor floods (Device stops). In
this case, petrol fumes emerge at the end
of the fog tube. Push down the stop
button (illus.11 page 34) to STOP
position, press the starter button and
actuate pump until no more explosions
are audible. Restart the unit but do not
pump too vigorously.

c.) Unit does not start
If the unit does not start, the following
steps
should be considered:
• Check petrol tank if petrol supply is
sufficient
• Check ignition:
Press starter button. A buzzer sound must
be audible. If not, proceed as follows:

1.) Check battery polarity. Check voltage of
batteries. Replace discharged batteries.
Press starter button again. A buzzer
sound must be audible. If not, proceed as
follows:

2.) Remove plug socket from swirl vane.
Release the 2 screws a few of
revolutions, pull the swirl vane out of
mixing chamber and clean the swirl vane
with the brush (illus.23 pos.3.2). Fit swirl
vane carefully to the mixing chamber and
consider that the O-Ring is in the right
position. Tighten the screws equally.
Press plug socket into the swirl vane.
Press starter button. A buzzer sound must
be audible. If not, proceed as follows:
