Save project in the device

Available for the following devices:
- Controller CRnn32
- PDM360: CR1050, CR1051, CR1060
- PDM360compact: CR1052, CR1053, CR1055, CR1056
- PDM360NG: CR108n, CR9042

►

Generate the program code for the device in the CoDeSys menu [Project] > [Rebuild All].

> After all libraries and variables have been inserted and parameterised as described, no error

messages should appear.

►

If a project was changed (or a new one created) it must be cleaned before transferring it to the

device:
Menu [Project] > [Clean all]

> During cleaning, all program elements are reorganised and combined thus reducing the volume.

NOTE:

Without cleaning, the program can become unstable due to memory overflow.

►

Save this status in the computer with [Ins]+[s].

►

Define a suitable interface with the menu [Online] > [Communication Parameters ...]:



Use a suitable cable to connect the PDM to the computer according to the parameter setting.

►

In the CoDeSys menu [Online] > [Login] set up a logic connection to the device.

> The following message appears:

"The program has changed. Download the new program?"

►

Confirm with [Yes].

> The program code (together with the visualisation) is transferred to the device.

►

In the menu [Online] > [Create boot project] create a start file (= boot project) in the device so that

the device starts with the current program after a reboot. Otherwise the device would start without
a project or with an older project version.
