Scaling the measuring range (analogue output)
• With the parameter Analogue start point (ASP) the measured value
at which the output signal is 4 mA is defined.
• With the parameter Analogue end point (AEP) the measured value
at which the output signal is 20 mA is defined.
• Minimum distance between ASP and AEP = 25 % of the final value
of the measuring range.

Measuring range scaled
MEW = final value of the measuring range
The output signal is between 4 and 20 mA in the set measuring range.
It is also indicated:
• Flow rate above the measuring range: output signal > 20 mA.
• Flow rate below the measuring range: output signal between 3.6 and 4 mA.
Function preset counter
With manual reset (for time-
in
dependent quantity monitoring)
• Settings:
ImPS
= quantity x,
ImPR
= no,
rTO
= OFF.
• When the quantity x is reached output 1 becomes active and remains on
until the meter has been reset manually (
→
page 37, parameter
rTo
).
With auto reset (for time-dependent quantity monitoring)
• Settings:
ImPS
= quantity x,
ImPR
= no,
rTO
= time t.
• If the quantity x is reached during t output 1 switches and remains swit-
ched until the meter is reset manually.
• If the quantity x has not been reached after the time t the meter is
automatically reset and counting starts again; output 1 provides no signal.
