Step 3:
Connect Power Cable to Power Supply
. Connect one of the 4-pin (1x4) Molex
type power cable connectors to an AT/ATX power supply. See Figure 4-13.

4.8.2 Single RS-232 Cable with Slot Bracket
The single RS-232 cable consists of one serial port connectors attached to a serial
communications cable that is then attached to a D-sub 9 male connector that is mounted
onto a bracket. To install the single RS-232 cable, please follow the steps below.
Step 1:
Locate the connector
. The location of the RS-232 connector is shown in
Chapter 3
.
Step 2:
Insert the cable connector
. Insert the connector into the serial port box header.
See Figure 4-14. A key on the front of the cable connectors ensures the
connector can only be installed in one direction.
