4.7.1. Sensor design

Sensor lines have a cable cross section of 0.75 mm²

as standard.

The sensor positions are shown in the relevant

installation diagram. Reliable operation can only be

ensured by correct positioning and good heat transfer

(heat conducting paste).

If necessary, the sensors can be extended using a

suitable cable. It must be ensured that the connection

is clean and corrosion-free

Sensor lines should be run separately from mains

cables, (see EMC issue).

4.7.2. Sensor equipment

The following sensors are contained in the scope

of delivery or are already installed and, in any case,

required:

- Outside sensor, B32

- Heat pump heat fl ow sensor, B 33

- Buffer tank sensor (Return sensor heat pump), B39

- Heat source outlet sensor, B36

- Flow sensor heating circuit A, B51

- HW tap - temperature sensor, B42

- Hygienik sensor, B41

(All other sensors are optional depending on the sys-

tem equipment).

4.7.3. Flow temperature sensor

The fl ow temperature sensors for the heating circuits

used are required in every case. They must be con-

nected on the corresponding fl ow lines and in accord-

ance with the connection diagram.

The fl ow sensors for the heating circuits C-G are con-

nected on the respective heating circuit expansion

module. (see the installation instructions expansion

module for more information)

4.8. Impulse inputs

When using fl ow meters in the heat pump fl ow  to

measure the heat volume they are connected as

follows:

A standard sensor set is included in the

scope of delivery for every heat pump.

The sensor set is inlaid in the electrical

cabinet.
