There are three power buttons to the ilex55 system. The Main
Power Button (shown here) is below the left speaker on the
front of the device. The monitor’s power switch is underneath
the monitor (near the power cord).
Note: Press the monitor POWER button on the right side of the
monitor if the monitor went into sleep mode.

A central locking system secures the ilex55 for transport /
clinical operation.
Total Lock: Step on the
RED PAD
to lock movement
Free Float: The middle position (horizontal to floor) allows for
movement in any direction
Steer Lock: Step on the
GREEN PAD
to unlock the two casters
opposite the locking lever to control steering
Push the red emergency stop button if you relocate the device
to ensure that the monitor will not change elevation during
room changes or shipment. Reset by rotating the button a
quarter turn.
Note: Pressing the emergency stop button prevents motorized
elevation.
The speaker system can be connected by wireless Bluetooth
(BT connection) or directly wired into the microphone
connector.
When using the wireless option, set the INPUT SELECT switch
to BT, then turn on the power knob. Press and hold the volume
button for 3 seconds and look for the BT-RY pairing device on
your mobile device. Once connected, adjust the volume to your
desired level.
Magnetic speaker covers allow for easy removal cleaning.
