Under our guarantee conditions we assume the guarantee for our technical equipment for perfect condition and
function. The guarantee term is 24 months and begins on the day of purchase. Please retain your till receipt as
evidence of purchase. Please contact us by telephone or email for free return of your defective equipment during
the guarantee term as well as smooth resolution of your problems. Well trained employees shall take up your
concerns and support you in word and deed. Please make sure that your equipment is safe for transportation, if
possible in its original packaging in order to avoid transport damages.
Excluded from the guarantee are damages caused by improper usage, as well as to expendable parts and
consumables, battery replacement; the batteries in the equipment and lamps are expressly excluded from the
guarantee.
This equipment is subject to strict quality control with regard to perfect condition, processing and functionality.
If damages occur, however, which are not attributable to the incorrect usage of the product (for example
water or damage from dropping, incorrect operation, etc.), we shall assume the removal of these defects
in the framework of the guarantee (by exchange or repayment). Rossmann shall rule only on damages
to the product guaranteed itself, by supplying a replacement or by repaying the purchase cost.
We reserve the right, to make repayment for items that are out of stock on basis of the receipt.
Further damage compensation claims of any kind, particularly owing to breach of obligations and unpermitted
handling, as well as claims on repayment of expenses paid in vain, are not included in the guarantee; the same
shall apply to claims on repayments of consequential harm caused by a defect. Any further claims are excluded
in this guarantee. The aforementioned limitations do not apply to claims on damages from harm to life, body or
health or attributable to intent or gross negligence, or the product liability law.
The guarantee expires in case of improper usage, access by third parties, or own attempts to make technical
amendment to the equipment. The guarantee services do not increase or renew the guarantee term of 24 months.
Please not that your legal guarantee rights in cases of defects (supplementary fulfilment, reduction, cancellation,
damage or expenses) are not limited by the guarantee in any way, but exist independently of the guarantee.
