Carrera Classic 

Carrera Classic to a direct exchange line (DEL) - a 

Carrera Classic as an extension to a pay phone.

The Carrera Classic phone has a REN of 1, and most other telephones have 

a REN of 1 unless marked otherwise.

If new calls are stored, they are indicated by a number from 1 to 30 next to the 

“NEW” icon at the top right of the display.

The total number of calls in the list is indicated by “00 CALL”, “01 CALL” or “XX 

CALLS” on the display in standby, where XX is a number from 2 to 30.

When viewing the calls list, the “IN” icon appears at the top right with a number to 

indicate the position of the displayed call in the calls list.

The display shows the most recent record if DOWN 

is pressed or the oldest record if UP is pressed.

REDIAL

Press the REDIAL button, or lift the Handset, or 

press the SPEAKERPHONE button on the Base unit.

The Call timer starts after going on line, and the IN USE

 light will turn on.

The IN USE light indicator will turn OFF.

Auto-redialling

 - If you have dialled a number and the line 

is busy, while the telephone is still on-line, press the 

REDIAL

 button to automatically release the line, then return 

on-line and redial the number.

The Recall function may be required for some network 

features, such as Call Waiting, or if you are using your 

phone on a PBX (Private Exchange) line, and the PBX

than 16 digits, only the first 16 will be saved.

Before lifting the handset, you can press the memory

button (MEM) and the location (0-9) digit to see the 

number on the display, then lift the handset or press 

the speakerphone button to automatically dial the number.
