Step 3:
Reverse the STS until the first lower step is just
under the trailer.
Step 4:
Lower the STS until the bottom pads are just
touching the ground.
Step 5:
Slowly reverse the STS until the vertical bumpers
contact the trailer.
Step 6:
Disconnect from the STS kingpin and slowly drive away.
Check that the STS has not been moved out of position.

Perform the previous steps in reverse order and direction
•
Once removed, store the STS at a safe location and complete a visual inspection to ensure there
are no obvious maintenance issues
