Troubleshooting
Trouble with the operation of your trailer may be the result of normal wear and tear or
usage issues which can be addressed with a simple fix or proper maintenance.
BEFORE YOU CALL US:
1.
Check your hydraulic fluid levels. Refill as needed.
2.
Look for contamination in the fluid. Remove any contaminants or replace the
fluid.
3.
Examine all hoses and hydraulic lines for leaks. Repair or replace as needed.
4.
Check your battery. Is it charged? Are the cables connected and intact? Are the
connections clean?
COMMON CONCERNS:
PROBLEM:
The table won’t tilt up or down
SOLUTION:
Check your battery and make sure it’s charged. Check for tight, clean
contacts.
PROBLEM:
Table brake does not engage
SOLUTION:
Check your battery and make sure it’s charged. Check for tight, clean
contacts.
PROBLEM:
There’s uneven tire tread on my tires
SOLUTION:
Check for tire balance, spindle alignment, and appropriate tire pressure.
PROBLEM:
Trailer pulls to one side
SOLUTION:
Make sure tires are evenly inflated to the correct pressure. Use only
matching, evenly worn tires. Check alignment.
PROBLEM:
The wireless remote isn’t functioning
SOLUTION:
Examine the cords for damage or cuts. (For specific problems with the
wireless remote, please refer to the separate manual included with your remote.)
