Maintenance Schedule
Proper maintenance of your tile trailer includes lubrication of the bearings and pivots,
as well as attention to the tires, hydraulic fluid, and battery. See the chart below for
manufacturer recommendations.
NOTE:
All maintenance should be performed while the trailer is stationary and parked
on level ground. Stabilize the trailer using the attached jack(s).

Bearings
(located on the wheels and table)
Lubricate once per year
Hinge & Pivots
(Hinge & Walking Beam Models)
Lubricate once per year
Hydraulic Fluid
Use the dipstick to measure and refill
as needed
Change biennially (every other year)
Tires
Check tires for pressure and weathering
Maintain 35lbs pressure per tire
Battery
Check connectors to assure they are
clean and tight
Frequency of inspection depends on trailer usage. A program of periodic service and
maintenance check-ups will increase the life and efficiency of the trailer.
