One free USB 3.0 Type-A port on your host computer
Starting up

Connect the power adapter to the hub and connect it to a power outlet.

Now connect the USB 3.0 cable to your USB 3.0 Type-A port of your host
computer.

The hub is automatically recognized by your operating system and is ready for
use immediately (Plug & play).

Please note that data transfer rates of up to 5 Gbit/s can only be achieved with
a USB 3.0 port. The hub also works on USB 2.0 ports.
