INT_CHAN_3
INT_CHAN_3 should normally be fixed in a low-level state and generate a high_pulse to interrupt
the PC.
Cin1 can be 2M/32768Hz programmable as is given below: (Refer to
Sec. 6.3.9

EN3 can be used to enable/disable the INT_CHAN_3 as follows: (Refer to
