Warranty
Thank you for choosing our product.
This product is warranted for t

) years from the purchasing date, covering the free repair
of problems arising from manufacturing defects, whenever the toilet has been installed and
used following the indications in the provided user’s manual.
If the product starts not working properly within the warranty period, please contact your
nearest service center. A clear copy of the original seller’s invoice must be presented to enjoy
the free service offered byt this warranty.
Our company reserves the right to replace the unit by a sinilar model.
Service charges will have to be paid whenever the malfunction or damage has been
originated by an unproper use or any of the following events:
1. User’s negligence or mistake in the operation.
2. Repair or modification by a non authorized service.
3. Damage during the installation.
4. Damage during a change of placement in the product.
5. Use of power supply out of the product’s specification.
6. Damage caused by dirt, sand or impurities.
7. Damage or malfunction due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disaster).
8. Damage caused by excess of water pressure on the main water supply.
9. Damage caused by unstable electric mains or sudden electric peaks.
