. Your original box and packaging materials should be kept for storing or shipping your iconBIT
product. iconBIT warrants that the Product, in the course of its normal use, will for the term defined below, be free from defects in
material and workmanship and will conform to specification therefore.

The warranty terms apply to all iconBIT e-Mobility products.
iconBIT grants a warranty of 12 months for the proper functioning of the device (excluding battery) in normal use (please read the
manual for further information).
The warranty period for batteries is limited to 6 months. If used and maintained properly Battery will retain its capacity better (up to
80% after 6 months).
The warranty begins at the date of purchase at the time of purchase. This must be proven by the original proof of purchase if warranty
service is required.
The warranty is provided exclusively by our certified service partner "scooterservice.eu".
Returns to the service partner will only be accepted if a return authorisation has been assigned by telephone call or online and a ticket
number has been issued.
Shipments without a ticket number will not be accepted and, if necessary, will be returned unfree or destroyed!
DISPOSING OF THE Kick Scooter CITY (WITHOUT RECHARGEABLE BATTERY)
The Kick Scooter CITY must not enter normal domestic waste at the end of its service life. Instead, it must be delivered to a
collection point for recycling of electrical and electronic devices. The rechargeable battery must be removed from the Kick
Scooter CITY first and disposed of separately.
The materials are reusable according to their marking. Reuse, recycling or other forms of use of old devices is an important
contribution to the protection of our environment. Ask your town/municipal administration about the disposal office
relevant for you.
DISPOSING OF THE RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
Rechargeable batteries do not belong in the household waste. You as the consumer are obligated by law to return used
batteries and rechargeable batteries. Contact our service hotline for disposal.
Li-Ion = rechargeable battery contains lithium ionsrelevant for you.
PACKAGING RECYCLING
The packaging material can be partially reused. Dispose of the packaging environmentally compatibility and deliver it to
recycling collection. Dispose of it at a public collection point. Ask your town/municipal administration about the disposal
office relevant for you.
This device is in compliance with the European Waste Disposal Directive 2012/19 / EC - WEEE
The Supplier guarantee shall not cover...
- Parts subject to tear, consumption or wear (e.g. batteries, wheels etc.)
apart from clear defects of material or craftsmanship.
- Damage due to:
- Use of other than genuine spare parts;
- Improper installation of parts from the purchaser or a third party;
- Damage caused by rock impact, hail, water, spreading salt,
industrial exhaust, lack of care, unsuitable care agents, etc.
The foregoing guarantee is iconBIT’s sole guarantee and is applicable
only to products sold as new.
The warranty is not valid...
... in case of cosmetic defects such as scratches or cracks resulting
from any use;
... for devices that have already been opened or have been repaired
or manipulated by a third party;
... in case of defects that were accidentally, negligently or intentionally
caused by improper use.
... in case of water damage;
... in case of Acts of nature, such as fire, static discharge;
... in case of damage from unauthorized repair, alteration or accident;
... in case of damage from misuse or neglect;
...
in case of a unit that has been modified or incorporated into other
products or is used for institutional or other commercial purposes;
... in case of damage caused by contact with water or other liquids;
... in case of improper handling or installation;
...
in case of serial number or vehicle identification number (VIN)
of the product is defaced or missing.
The foregoing limited warranty is iconBIT’s sole warranty and is
applicable only to products sold as new.
