4. MAINTENANCE
• This product should only be maintained by iComfort certified technicians otherwise,
EBI reserves the right to void the massager warranty.
• Make sure the wall outlet is in good working order before use.
• If this massage unit will not be used for an extended period of time, store in a dry
and dustless environment.
• Avoid product exposure to high temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Clean this product with a dry cloth. Do not use thinner, benzene or alcohol.
• We recommend to use the iComfort shiatsu neck massager intermittently and not
for long time periods.
5. TROUBLESHOOTING
• It is normal for the motor to make noise while in use.
• If the function keys doesn’t work normally, please check that the unit AC power cord
are properly connected to the wall AC outlet and the ON/OFF switch of the unit is
turned on.
• When the automatic program mode working time is over, the foot massager will
power-off automatically.
• After several use, the shiatsu neck massager might power-off because of overheat. It
can be used again after half an hour of cooling time.
