Belt clip
To attach the belt clip:

Release the battery pack if it is attached. (p. 1)

Slide the belt clip in the direction of the arrow until the belt
clip locks in place, and makes a ‘click’ sound.
To detach the belt clip:

Release the battery pack if it is attached. (p. 1)

Lift the tab up (

), and slide the belt clip in the direction of
the arrow (

Jack cover
Attach the jack cover when the optional speaker-microphone
or headset is not used.
To attach the jack cover:

Attach the jack cover to
the [MIC/SP] jack.

Tighten the screws.
To detach the jack cover:
q
Unscrew the screws using
a phillips screwdriver.

Detach the jack cover for
the speaker-microphone
or headset connection.
