If the user encounters any problems while using the imager, refer to the following
options. If the problem persists, disconnect the power and contact the customer
support department.

Add a measurement spot, area, line, or tracker.

If the target’s temperature is lower or higher than the limits of the camera,
it will display <XXX° or >XXX° with XXX being the min or max temperature
of the selected range.
