Trouble Shooting
Speaker doesn’t
switch on
•
Check whether the battery is charged with enough energy.
No sound is heard
•
Check whether the volume level is in lower position on your speaker and
mobile phone or PC/Mac.
•
Make sure that your Bluetooth device is within the effective operation
range.
•
Check whether the Bluetooth device is paired.
•
Check whether the Bluetooth device shows it’s connected.
•
Check whether you have selected the correct audio source.
•
If using the AUX IN port, make sure the 3.5mm jack cable is securely
inserted into the Bluetooth Speaker and your device.
No response from
speaker
Restart the speaker by means of the reset function.
