ASSEMBLY

Start to assemble the bed rack with all the 32-
3/8” bolts, nut and washers
included.
•
Assemble as shown in the above diagram.
•
When finished, tighten all the bolts.
MOUNTING
•
It is recommended to use an extra set of hands for the installation of the sport racks.
•
Place the rack on the tray bed.
•
Position the sport rack on the tray bed to your desired position. It is recommended in an evenly
distributed position.
•
Install the 8-
3/8”
bolts to fix the rack to the bed.
•
Optional Rivet Nuts are provided if you prefer to mount the bed rack with rivet nuts. This will
work well with certain tray bed designs and options that may obstruct the installation by
regular bolts. Also, you can easily remove the sport rack when you do not want to use it
without damaging the tray bed.
•
Some versions of the Gladiator come with the factory sliding side rail system, which can be used
to mount the sport rack without drilling the vehicle. Special hardware is provided in the
installation kit if you indicate this option on your Gladiator before ordering and can be provided
by calling technical support.
Please check the bed rack and the mounting bolts on a regular basis, especially if you are going off
the urban path. On a regular basis and especially if you do a lot of off-roading, inspect and tighten
any loose bolts.
