To get on the ICAROS Cloud, you stand behind the device. Bend
forward and stabilize the device with your hands.
Now shift the weight to your hands and lift one leg to place it with
your knee on the ICAROS Cloud.
Now you can reposition your second leg and crawl forward over
the ICAROS Cloud up to the hand loops.
Position your feet on the footrests and your hands as shown in
fi gure 1.5. To dismount again, follow all steps in reverse order.

The thumb remains outside the loop while the rest of the hand is pushed through. Make sure that the wrist strap fi ts well and is neither too
tight nor too loose.
