UV lamp replacement
Impeller cleaning and
replacement:
Cleaning and replacement of the impeller
24. Take down the uv quartz cover
Take out the quartz tube before changing the glass tube; when replacing
the o-ring of the quartz tube, please remember to insert it in the required
position to avoid water leakage.
25. Renew the uv lamp
Remove the defective uv lamp,
take down the rubber gasket from
lamp and replace a new uv lamp,
fix the new uv lamp to the power
head.
26. Assemble the quartz cover
28. Open the impeller cover
In contrast with step 24, assemble
the quartz tube.
Take down the pump head,
unscrew the impeller cover with
driver.
27. Assemble the lamp cover
In contrast with step 22, assemble
the quartz tube sleeve.
29. Take out/set up the impeller
Take out the impeller to clean or change as suggested. Clean the impeller
core with a brush. Replace the impeller, put back the impeller cover. Make
sure the impeller is in its correct position.
