GENERAL DESCRIPTION

USE:
1. Put the food you want to mix into the jug.
2. Put the lid onto the jug and close it securely.
Put the measuring cup into the hole in the lid
and then turn it clockwise until the measuring
cup is fully locked.
3. Start the motor base.

(You cannot set the switch to ‘PULSE’.
You have to hold the switch in the
‘PULSE’ setting if you want to use pulse
more than once.]
When you have finished using the blender, you
always have to put the on/off switch to the ‘0’
position and then unplug the appliance.
Remove the glass jug by simply lifting it from
the motor base. You do not need to rotate the
glass jug to loosen it.
TIPS:
• Do not use the appliance for more than
2 minutes at a time.
• The appliance then has to cool down so it
does not overheat.
• If you are mixing solid ingredients, cut them
into small pieces first (2–3 cm).
• If you are mixing solid ingredients with
liquids, start by pouring in a small amount of
liquid. Pour in more and more of the liquid
through the opening in the lid.
• To mix solid ingredients or very thick liquids,
we recommend using the blender in the pulse
setting, otherwise the blade might get stuck.
MOTOR BASE:
• Never immerse the motor base in water. Only
wipe the surface with a damp cloth.
SIMPLE CLEANING/RINSING OF THE
GLASS JUG:
• Empty the glass jug and fill it with water. Put
the glass jug on the motor base and turn the
switch to ‘P’ several times. Empty the glass
jug and rinse it until it is clean.
