Driver Installation for Windows 2000
1. Under the Windows 2000 environment, click Start

Settings

Control Panel. Double click System

Hardware
à
Device
Manager
à
Other devices.
2. Double click “Video Controller (VGA Compatible).”
3. Click Driver
à
Update Driver
à
Next.
4. Select “Display a list of the known drivers for this device so that I can
choose a specific driver,” then click Next.
5. Select “Specify a location,” then click Next.
6. Enter the path location as “d:\vga\sm721\win2000,” and click OK.
7. Click Next
à
Finish. Close all tasks and restart the computer for
changes to take effect.

1. Under the Windows NT environment, click Start

Settings
à
Control Panel
2. Double click Display
à
Settings
à
Type
à
Change
à
Have Disk.
3. Enter the path location as “d:\vga\sm721\winnt40,” then click OK

Yes
à
OK.
4. Close all tasks and restart the computer for changes to take effect.
