Attach the return hose to the return connector and outlet connector using the two hose clips
supplied.
Feed the brush hose

through the round hole in the rear wall of the housing and the
cleaning tray and insert the cleaning brush

Place the foot-operated safety switch in front of the device.
Connect the device to the customer’s equipotential bonding system (see section 5.4.1.2).
Use the earth connection cables supplied to connect the Parts Cleaning Device to the drum
and collecting tray.
Connect the device to the customer’s equipotential bonding system (see section 5.4.1.2).
Insert the mains plug

into the 230 V socket.
Perform a function test.
6.2.3. Operation
Place the workpiece to be cleaned on the support rack.
Press the foot switch to turn the device on.
Clean the workpiece with the brush.
Release the foot switch to turn the pump off.

6.4.
Personal protective equipment
When handling solvents, protective clothing must be worn in accordance with the safety data
sheet for the industrial cleaner used. Solvent-resistant gloves, safety glasses and aprons must
be used with all IBS Special Cleaning Agents.
Glove material:

Gloves made from polychloroprene (CR), recommended material thickness: > 0.5 mm, max.
breakthrough time: 4 hours

Gloves made from nitrile rubber/nitrile latex (NBR), recommended material thickness:
> 0.35 mm

Gloves made from fluororubber (Viton) (FKM), recommended material thickness: > 0.4 mm
Permeation rate/breakthrough time: > 8 hours (DIN EN 374)
The exact breakthrough time must be ascertained from the protective glove manufacturer and
must be observed. Protective gloves should be replaced when they show the first signs of wear.
