Transmission Subsystem (TSS)
The TSS consists of:
Up to six low-speed scanners (LSSs) or

Up to four low-speed scanners (LSSs) if two HSSs or ELAs are installed.
And:
Up to four LIC bases (LIBs).
Note: A LIB is functionally equivalent to a LIC unit (LIU) of the
