firmware

 

version

or

 

higher

 

are

 

eligible

 

for

 

remote

 

monitoring.

 

If

 

the

 

firmware

 

is

 

not

 

at

 

version

 

05.3x

 

or

 

higher,

 

you

 

must

 

upgrade

 

the

 

controllers,

 

which

 

might

 

require

 

downtime

 

for

 

the

 

host.

 

It

 

is

 

recommended

 

that

 

you

 

upgrade

 

the

 

controller

 

firmware

 

to

 

the

 

latest

 

level

 

appropriate

 

for

 

the

 

controller

 

model.

installation

all

tipping

 

forward

 

while

 

the

 

DS4000

 

Alert

 

Manager

 

Appliance

 

is

 

being

 

installed.

 

Attention:

can

 

become

 

top-heavy

 

and

 

may

 

tip

 

over

 

if

 

you

 

install

 

equipment
