For 10 Gb, you can use the following items:

IBM Passive/Active Direct Attach Copper SFP+ Cable

SFP+ transceivers (SR, LR, or ER) plus LC-to-LC fiber cables for longer distances

o

For 40 Gb links, you can use QSFP to QSFP cables up to 7m, or QSFP transceivers and MTP 

cables for longer distances.
