 Each time the system is powered on or a system reset is performed, the

 system checks diskette drive A to see if a diskette is installed.  If a

 formatted diskette is installed but does not contain an executable

 program, this icon is displayed for several seconds and is then replaced

 by the "Insert a Diskette" icon.
