REVIEWING CALLER ID INFORMATION - 

continued

 

1. Make sure that the telephone is not in use, Press the Review Up ( 

¡ ã

 )  or Review Down  ( 

¡ å

 ) 

  button to review the incoming stored calls. 

2. 

You will see new calls number and total calls number .

 

 

                  

 

 

 

 

3. Press either Up or Down button to see the last call you receivd. 

4. When you have reached the end of the call records, the display will indicate 

“END OF LIST”

 confirming 

there are no more calls stored in memory. 

 

                 

 

 

 

 

5. If you want to review repeatedly after 

“END OF LIST”

 marked on the screen, press Up or Down button. 

 

 

ERASING CALLS 

Erasing individual calls: When reviewing calls, you can delete individual calls by pressing the Erase  

button .  The contents of the LCD display will be erased one at a time and the rest of the Caller –ID records 
will be re-numbered. 

                           

 

 

 

 

Erasing all calls : When reviewing calls, you can release all call by pressing and holding the Erase button  

for more than 3 seconds until  

“ALL ERASE ?”

  appears in the LCD display.
